Because of the work I do on Strategic Lift (i.e. the capability to deploy forces from their home locations to a theatre of operations), I attend meetings of the Logistic Planning Advisory Council (LPAC). This committee has taken us to Norway, Belgium, Italy, Hungary and most recently to New Orleans. Unfortunately, because of the time change, Sara and the girls had to stay home. Still, I managed to keep myself out of trouble. Here are the pics. Oh, and in 2008, we’ll be going to the Czech Republic in February and then to Slovakia in late spring... Yes, it’s a good committee to be on. Finally, I need to give credit to Glenn who took most of these photos.
